The rear storage area of a large shop on the corner of the roundabout just up from Burgess Hill Station.

Converted to four flats with their own entrance, as well as access to the rest of the block to the rear and above. Refurbishment of the shop at the same time meant that at the end everything was ready to let and start bringing in income for our client
